Meet the CCM Team
Lisa Brown Bsc (Hons) MCSP MLACP
CEO
Lisa is a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 24 years of experience. During her work as a case manager and expert witness, Lisa has gained experience in multiple complex injuries involving brain injury, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, clinical negligence, and working with clients under the Court of Protection.
As Director and Case Manager for CCM Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.
When Lisa's free, she enjoys walks on the beach, spending time with her family and visiting her home in Spain.
Diane Glackin BA MA HCPC (SW)
Managing Director
With more than 26 years of experience working with children and adolescents with complex needs and a Masters in Therapeutic Child Care Diane is an experienced and trusted Therapist.
As a qualified social worker and CAT Practitioner, Diane is an invaluable member of the team. She has experience in managing and coordinating care plans within the residential setting for individuals that have complex injuries or challenging behaviours.
In her spare time Diane enjoys spending quality time with her family and taking her grandchildren out on exciting day trips.
Alarna Benson-Green
Case Management Assistant
Alarna joined CCM in 2017 and helps to support the Case Managers at client visits and in the office, as well as liaising between the client and involved parties. Her degree has given her a strong background in anatomy and osteology, and her past experience as a legal assistant has proved beneficial with case management, in particular how this relates to the medicolegal process.
Alarna loves exercising and is an avid reader. She likes fundraising and last year took part in the 5k Pretty Muddy race as well as donating her hair to the Little Princess Trust.
Christine Biddle
Accounts and Payroll Manager
Christine is a Certified Bookkeeper and an experienced Operations and Financial Director with a background in Business Development. Successfully expanding a local company to a global scale. She has excellent knowledge in developing business processes and systems to ISO 9001 standard, both in the UK and abroad. She has 25 years of experience in accounting and payroll systems.
A self-motivated achiever who is positive with an excellent work ethic. Christine enjoys a challenge and has developed a professional and conscientious style, she works hard to keep ahead and stay in touch with the ever-changing requests and environments. Privacy, confidentiality, and discretion are key to all of her customers
George Ure
Trainee Case Management Assistant
“George is a recent Law graduate from the University of Portsmouth, obtaining a first class Honours degree. He thoroughly enjoyed studying a breadth of law topics, and using the skills learned in his degree to aid clients in the best way possible. Whilst studying law, George developed a keen interest in medicolegal work, which makes him a great asset to our team.
George has experience within the law sector sitting on the bench with a crown court judge, but away from law, he has experience talking to clients and establishing business-client relationships when he interned for Ashley Global Shipping.
George is a motorsport enthusiast, particularly in historic motorsport, and joins his father’s team racing at racetracks across the country. He also likes spending time with family and friends when not messing around with cars!”
